Nero Scuro is a specialty coffee micro roastery based in Bassano del Grappa, a picturesque town an hour from Venice and Padoa. Translating to "Dark Black", don't be deceived by the name, lighter specialty coffee roasts is their forté.
Nero Scuro head roaster, and ex-engineer, Paolo Tessarolo always loved coffee growing up but a chance encounter with someone from a roasting machine company changed his path to specialty coffee.
Paolo roasts a maximum of four kilograms of coffee beans per batch, ensuring this small, independent micro roastery holds true to the principles of specialty coffee.
