D612 Coffee Roasters

Roaster in Florence

D612 Coffee Roasters is the specialty coffee laboratory of Lucian Trapanese, a highly respected roaster in the Italian specialty scene. Like several other early Florentine specialty roasters, Lucian started his career at Caffè Corsini, before opening D612 Coffee Roasters near the centre of Florence.

A very humble, minimal locale where you'll find Lucian roasting his lightly roasted specialty coffee on his small batch machine, preferring quality over quantity. In-store you can sample some of his latest specialty coffees and pick up packets of fresh beans.

D612 Coffee Roasters is just over a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella train station in Florence.
